After a five-year absence, TDP leader N. Chandrababu Naidu will be sworn in as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister on June 12 at Kesarapalli IT Park near Gannavaram Airport.

After a decade-long absence, TDP leader N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to recover his position as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, with his swearing-in ceremony slated on June 12 at Kesarapalli IT Park near Gannavaram airport.

Swearing-In Ceremony Details

Naidu will take the oath of office at 11:27 a.m., with extensive preparations underway for the occasion, which is anticipated to be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers of other NDA-ruled states.

Challenges in Selecting a Venue

After contemplating Amaravati and then AIIMS Mangalagiri, the TDP leadership chose the IT Park in Kesarapalli near Gannavaram as the location for the major celebration, after weighing several choices.

Cabinet Expansion Plans

Along with Naidu, at least ten top leaders are anticipated to be sworn in on the same day, with more cabinet growth planned for the future. Nara Lokesh, the TDP's national general secretary, will also take oath as a minister.

Preparation and Formalities

Ahead of the event, the TDP Legislative Party will have a meeting on June 11 to formally elect Naidu as their leader. It is anticipated that Naidu would disclose the names of the ministers who will be sworn in beside him.

Probable Absence of the Opposition Leader

While luminaries from all political arenas are expected to attend, YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is unlikely to be among them.
